I noticed that I'm supposed to get the airbags inspected after 10 (or is it 12 years) and every 2 years thereafter.
My questions are, how do I find the date of manufacture? IE Where is the tag/label the warning thingy on the sunshade mentioned? The airbags are most likely original but I want to be sure. Can I replace the airbags/get them replaced with NEW airbags and be fine for the next 10 years if it doesn't die  ? and finally where would be a good place to get this done?PS thanks for the help on my other "helpme" thread

if the airbags are the ones that came in it, you can find the cars manufacture date on the drivers side door
