Hey everyone,

I figured I'd give you guys advanced warning for this meet so you can prepare.
This is one of the "must attend" meets of the year.

Friday July 11th - Hotel check in. Maybe a night at island dragway? Street legal runs from 6pm to 10:30 pm.

Saturday July 12th - Starting around 11 am, lasts till whenever.
Activities include - BBQ, photos, videos, Baseball (full field @ the park), and good times.


Sunday July 13th - Test & Tune at Island Dragway.

I think your confusing me with someone else.. I have never broken anyones car, other then mine.. but hey who hasn't done that on here at least once..

as far as I can remember, there was an issue with June, because some members have other prirorities to take care on June ( familly / work / vacation ) that's why it was decided to make do this for July.

Yes! There is a very nice basketball court, if we choose to meet at Tunnel Field park that we met at the first two times. But keep in mind, theres no garantee that there won't be some sort of athletic event at this field....thats exactly what happened last time, and why I changed the location to the lot on Route 611 right in the Deleware Water Gap.


I suppose we could always just shoot for the field, and if we get chased away then we'll go elsewhere.

June is no good for me, and July looks even worse. I'm getting to the point where I might not be able to stay over night for a meet. I'm so busy with work lately, I don't see it slowing down in the future.

I will be there for DWG, don't know if I can stay over night. I won't know until that weekend. So just in case I can, I'll reserve a room for the weekend.

This is probably that last meet I set up, because I'm seriously running out of spare time. So someone is going to have to take over, I'd like to see a New York meet happen sometime before I die. We'll see.

Update:

I blocked off 8 rooms, most of them should be connecting rooms. I asked for the cottages so this way we cant be loud if we want. If we need more rooms we can get more. I have 8 on hold for us at this time.

I would suggest calling ASAP, they are selling out of rooms fast. The sooner you reserve the better chance you'll have of getting a connecting room with the group.

You'll have to select the sales when calling on the phone. I think its #4 tell them you are with the 6GC group, the rate is $119.00 a night.
