ok so i was reading a thread and if i read it rite the guy was saying you can the head off of the 4agze and put it one the 7afe making it a 7agze so basicly a supercharged 1.8 7afe would that work?? i mean i am sure it will take some custom work to make it fit but would you run the 7afe ecu or 4agze ecu or a mix their of. just cought my attention and would be a cool idea to look into and its somthing different so i would like to try it if its possible but if not then ya no big deal let me know what you guys think or know about this idea thaks

the full swap to a 4a based engine into an st is probably alot easier than any sort of hybrid setup.

a hybrid set up has alot of little things

timing over all is the biggest problem alot of math involved
knowing your correct compression
the belt set up
the water lines
ecu so run it all you need a 4agze with a piggy back or standalone

you can go look at my build post 7agte
