I got mine from the dealership I work at...any toyota dealership should be able to order it for you as long as you have the part numbers. I should have mine all installed by the end of January...ill post pics then...

There was a group buy on Celica.net for a carbon fiber symetrical GT4 hood that would fit on a USDM 6th gen but I have not heard from them about it.... I will check and try and post the thread here.

If you want carbon fiber gt-4 hood, you can talk to CelicaRacer10 at celica.net. He reps fusion imports, and I think he was doing that for a project. I think they are making it so you don't need to get the front end, it will fit flush as is.

Ahh, yep sure do live in the US. I am in south Florida. I work for a toyota dealership. They ordered everything I needed to do the swap. I have everything I need ,but the 2 turn signal lamps (waiting on those to arrive). Any dealership can order them for you, but just most of them don't want to. Ill see where I put the part numbers and post them...or if there is enough interest, ill see if my dealership can order and ship them out. Ill see if I can get a price that incles shipping and parts.

ok, you guys asked...here ya go...

81510-20750 turn lamp
81520-20750 turn lamp
52119-2b905 bumper
53301-20500 hood
52611-20150 absorber
52521-20200 retainer
53395-20020 seal - hood
75034-20030 rear vent
75033-20030 rear vent
76180-20010 hood bulge
76190-20010 plate assembly

That's great dude. I have been looking for a way NOT to get that veilside looking front end. I think I might just get that GT-4 look with assorted Kaminari parts for the rest of the car. Post some pics of the stuff you already have.

Hiya (I'm new).

Don't want to sound stupid, but doesn't that mean trying to make your celica something that it isn't? confused.gif

Anyway, I just saw one red celica with a front bumper that looks like a GT-4 bumper (not exactly the original since it doesn't have any bulge in the center) and it does look nice biggrin.gif

the veilside kit for the gt-4 would be badass...but very expensive for me...the only difference is the front bumper, but then youd have to get a hood...

what about the fog lamps? did you get those ordered too?

also not all dealers can order japan parts... if you live in a small town, they probably can't. i know mine here in NC can't, but the one at my parent's in DC can. so if you live in or near a larger city, you can prolly get it going. also, you have to TELL them that they are Toyota Japan parts, they will need to use a different system, if you search the numbers in the US database, they don't exist.

I was the one that posted those part numbers...and the numbers work ( I work for a toyota dealership). I have the parts on my car now. But I agree with Charlie97 about the small town thing...that might be the problem.

BS. I live in Alabama. And a SMALL town in Alabama at that. My local dealer found the parts mentioned and it was all in the computer. I think somebody just didn't know what they were doing. Go to another dealer.

I was also trying to avoid the invader/shogun, it's not that the kit dosen't look cool or anything I was just trying to be original.

Sooo, I went for the z-glide/zepher kit, I'm going for that front lip also cause it kinda matches my sideskirts.

Hey,

you said you paid like $850 and we will be paying like $1200. I called Toyota and I will be spending like close $2000 for all the parts kindasad.gif Is this right? If you still work at Toyota can your dealer give a better price?

Thanks

You realize you are asking someone who just posted this 5 yrs ago.
Your dealer is going to give you a higher price than toyota world, I got everything
for the hood and bumper conversion except the rear vents for about 1200 shipped.
Do the pricing at toyota world then check your dealer and say I can get it for this
much, and usually they can adjust to be somewhat competitive. The parts should
be in stock in cali in a warehouse, and it only took a couple weeks to get all my stuff.
If you are ordering the 3 painted vents, I think they only have black anything else
will have to come from Japan. ( a couple months to get) People have different
opinions on where to get the stuff, I got mine from toyota world and am very
happy with the purchase.
