I'm trying to install a power antenna, but I'm running into a problem.
Where do I connect my power and negative wires? On the antenna I have two wires, red and blue, that supposed to go to the radio. In the back I also got a connector with 6 connections. Can I connect my red and blue wire to this or not, and if so which goes where? I've attached two pictures, the first is a diagram of the power antenna, the second the wiring of the connector in my trunk. http://s288.photobucket.com/albums/ll171/geetje01/pw32.jpg http://s288.photobucket.com/albums/ll171/g...1/connector.jpg What I understand from some diagram I looked at the +12 volt ignition wire is gray and the +12 volt battery wire is blue/yellow. Is that correct and can I use the same wires from the connector in the trunk? This post has been edited by geetje: Apr 19, 2008 - 10:02 AM |
