a pec deck machine is like the butterfly machine except your arms start straight out to the side and you bring them together to work your pecs. reverse pec deck is exactly that. you place your chest against the padding instead of your back. and adjust the handle so that your arms start straight in front of you. and you end with your arms straight out to the side. kinda like a seated row except you don't bend your elbows.

You want to work on your back? Just do bent over rolls. Lat pull down. OR my fav. Just stand on the tricep pull down machine with the long lat pull bar and push down with your arms extended. Works on your lower back.

Other great back exercises:

T-Bar Rows (similar to bent over rows, except you put weights at the end of the bar that you pull up between your legs)
Hyperextensions (lower back)
Deadlifts (lower back)
Shrugs (work more your traps, but if you can get a nice upside down V-look (like this ^) from the ends of your shoulders to your neck, you will obviously be showing nice muscle from the back view. I have a narrow frame from the back/front profile of me, but the ^ shape has helped me look more "attractive")
Upright Rows (same comment applies as to Shrugs)
