 What is the diffference??, Sway bars and strut bars? |

I saw these on NOPI,just wonderin if anybody could tell me the difference between strut bars and sway bars. Where do sway bars go in the car??

I've heard that aftermarket sway bars make a much bigger difference in handling than strut tower bars. I want to get some for my car soon.
