Am I the only one that feels the signature limits are WAY too strict? I can't even make a picture that is 20kb without it looking like crap. At least allow a quarter of a MB, this isn't big at all, and takes most connections only a second to load. And I can't say anything good about the 125px height limit, either. I say bump that up to 175-200px.

Do you have Photoshop?

If so, use the 'save for web' option to drop the file size, easy to get under 20Kb.

I think the height limit is about right, i have mine a little smaller at 400x100
it's a PITA to have to scroll down through a bunch of huge sig pics thumbsdown.gif

I agree with manphibian on this, it's quite easy to make a file under 20kb look good. No-one wants to load 20 signatures at 250kb a piece. That's 5mb worth of signature images!

And the height is so that we don't have to scroll through tons of tall images when browsing threads. wink.gif
