i don't think so, i'm pretty sure the 3sgte cam gear is smaller than the 3sfe.

"f" heads run a slave cam (eg the exhaust cam has the pulley which the crank drives but the inlet cam is driven off a gear which mates to a gear on the exhaust cam, hence slave)
