I agree 100%. Go with the 205 since the Supra isn't a Turbo. If it was a turbo, Supra FTW though.

Supra.

Although the Celica is nice the Supra has so much potential. Besides, the more time goes on, the more Supras that get wrecked in racing and by rust. Plus the Supra is really really sought after so even if you don't like it (that will never be the case) you can turn a profit from it when you sell it. Especially if you put about $3,000 into tuning it.

The difference between the Supra n/a and the Supra Turbo in the Canadian used car market is about $10,000 - $30,000.

Dude! There's no wrong answer to this question. It's impossible to get it wrong!

But, if i really had to choose, it would be (solely for the sake of being different and the difficulties (cost) of finding OEM parts for the ST205) the Supra.

Besides. You posted more pictures of the Supra so it wasn't fair. laugh.gif

Yea the guys sent me a bunch of pics for the st205 but they didnt come through. kindasad.gif
Im learning towards the supra too due to low km's, the turbo conversion will probably cost me 4-5k but Im not planning to turbo this badboy as of yet due to insurance. [bloddy expensive abt here in oz]
N/A is abt 220 hp..plenty atm,or so I think. biggrin.gif

On the other hand Ive always wanted a st20...LOL...

Damn it.

Why does the Supra speedo only go to 180? That makes no sense, I'm sure it can do above that.

Anyways, they're both sick cars. Looks-wise, the Celica...but you also have to consider whether you want FWD or RWD. biggrin.gif

you mean AWD or RWD

I'd go with the ST205, as others have said, if the supra was turbo...

Yup my brother Supra SZ0R hit 280kmh on "track" with a (320kmh) TRD speedo, no speed cut, so the speed cut must be in the speedometer?

THisi is JDM's wink.gif

Anyways, Ive just sourced a 1998 Toyota Supra RZ-S VVTi Twin Turbo

Details:

Gunmetal Grey
4 speed tiptronic auto
VVTi Twin Turbo
64,000kms
Stock standard factory condition
16" wheels
Optional factory sideskirts and rear pods

I know for a fact that the tiptronic is rare as a hen's teeth even in Japan, but has anyone got any experience driving with the steering button shifter??
