Well eventually gathered all the parts i needed with the help of momentum motorsport located in lisburn northern ireland. Car went to them with 530bhp about 3 months ago, and within the next 4weeks i should be running my new reworked engine in, i'm heading away for 2 weeks to a small island called Zante off the south of Greece on thursday morning and i'll be wishing my holiday away to get back into the drivers seat, there was no stone unturned this time with the build, and i'm having a switchable map set up on the ecu for 98octane which is expecting to make 640bhp and then another map for Sunoco 109 which wll be used for track days and the like and from the engine builder who has a big bhp mr2 turbo, he's expecting 680bhp all being well. Figures don't really matter that much to me, but i'd be happy to see 600bhp on super as that'll be quick enough for me for the time being. Just keep an eye on this thread as pics of the build will appear when i get back from my holidays. And hopefully a nice video to make ya's all jealous.

the engine was already forged but i decided to go oversize on everything possible, there is a 87mm wiseco pistons fitted now were before it was 86mm CP's all balanced on the crank, over size valves with all the head work done to seat them, even more head work porting and polishing things to the limit to help flow things better. Also the exhaust manifold and wastgegate channel were ported to help aid exhaust gas speed, the garrett hybrid GT3582r was sent away for a refurb and maxxed out using the 1.08trim. The clutch has also got a revamp with HKSs triple plate now fitted with all new parts, mapping is due to start in the coming weeks when everything comes back together with a soft map, for the run in of the new block then a more aggressive map is being used when its broke in, this engine has had a fortune spent on it in the past so there is another $10k this is including the use of staff discounts on the gt4ec forum and a VAT number for the republic of Ireland, so basically if i was paying real money the bill would be closer to $15k, i also have a friend who's getting his ST165 work with momentum so that'll be another exciting project i might show you guys as well, as his is a build from the ground up project. I'm sure there is loads i've left out as its 8:30am and i've been up all night and day with work and getting everything sorted for going away tomorrow night, so i'll probably re read this at a later time and add to it.

Wheels are Work Emotion 18" light weight imported from japan.
They are fitted with Falken tyres I think

Suspension has new KYB's on the back and the front is completely custom fitted with the ST202 subframe Macphearson strut conversion to get rid of the crappy super struts.

Inside it has Apexi's version of the Defi link system. There is a boost, egt, oil and water guages and a control unit inside the cubby under the stereo. Its got a Kenwood head unit with an Alpine V12 amp under the passenger seat, Brand new Richbrook leather steering wheel, Race mirrors (stubby ones)

this is a spec sheet with more than likely alot missing but you can get the idea, i have the new spec sent to me recently when i get up later i'll post it if i get a chance

i'm not expecting the box to hold for more than a year tbh, i've been looking into a dog box for it or if i could find and afford i would try and get an X Trac box from a ST205 Group A car with the sequential shifter but thats all in the pipeline for the future, i'll enjoy it while it lasts then take it from there, building a 600bhp engine isn't that expensive especially in the states, its building the car around the engine is when the cost comes in, i have a good base car though to play with so hopefully i'll have little to worry about.

yeah i'm really happy with it and its still up to the test even though its a bit dated now, but i think when i get the funds up again i'll be switching over to hydra nemesis to avail of the facilities it has (launch control, anti lag, switchable maps by push of a button on the dash, ATM its plug the laptop in and switch it over there)
