I think youre referring to the 98-98 bumper cover, Not really a grill.
You'd need to buy a 98-99 bumper cover and then get the fogs as well. Anyone with a 98-99 Celi should be able to chime in and correct me or agree... Whatever the case may be. --------------------  |
