ok from all the work im doing with my car im getting short on cash. im not bothered so much by the rest of my car but my right door seems to get more vibration at the higher volumes than i would like. so question: what is better, get a small 1'x1' dynamat to cover the front speakers or use "edead" for the entire door? also how much would i need to cover both doors with one layer. thanks in advance.

dynamat sell a two door kit, comes with 4 sheets, 16x48 IIRC it ran me $144 and was enough to do the inside skin on both doors with some left over to put on my trunk(in a coupe)

its better to cover the whole door rather than a small portion of it, but if that is all you can afford then go for it, something is better than nothing

asking cuz edead sells for ~$28 for 10cu.ft. so is that enough to cover two doors. from wut i read, edead seems to be decent. and i can get alot more for my budget. so its more of cover entire door w/ decent dampening vs small portion w/ exellent dampening. opinions are welcome

another question. i was watching the install video for edead(linked below), and they cut off the excess, were there is a hole. i got the impression from the dynamat install videos that you cover as much of the door as possible(including the holes and gaps). is comparing edead to dynamat like comparing apples and oranges.
