Hey there! I am a first time 6G celica owner (a '94) and I have no idea the exact specs for my car. Does anyone know where I can find that info? The car came without an owners manual but I am planning on getting one. Is that the only place I can find this info or is there somewhere else I can look? Any help someone can give me would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Shadow

Does it have a GT Badge on the back?

welcome. under your hood will either say 2.2 (GT) or1.8(ST), or like akimbo said the back will either have just a "Celica" on it or "Celica>GT and a toyota smybol"

i just think with compression ratios reliability weight etc all aspects taken into account... a turboed 7afe is a better route than a turboed 5sfe. plus if you have a 5sfe, its a much more benificial route just to swap a 3sgte.

When turbocharging your ST lets say you have a kit that gives 50hp=165 after turbo.
O.k. now take that same exact turbo setup up and put it on the GT = 185hp.
Now both engines are capable and built to yake lets say 5psi.
I dont see how the 7afe could out perform or outlast the 5sfe.
