Quick question.
so apparently the front seals for the 7a is a dealer part.
Does anyone know how much they are??

have no clue how much they are or what its even for?? but heres a website that lists toyota parts and all that stuff

slung a rod in my old engine, the new one they said i must replace all seals and gaskets, and front seals was on the list

Check out a regular parts store like NAPA or CarQuest. they should have them available.

Check out a regular parts store like NAPA or CarQuest. they should have them available.


dont do it.
get an OEM gasketset from toyota, it will have every seal and gasket you will use on a 7a, and they will be OEM quality, not that aftermarket junk.

the "front seal" its prolly the rear main seal, its a 17$ part IIRC.

na i had already gotten the rear main seal, i went to toyota today, a "front main seal" according to people around here is just a crankshaft seal.
it was $9.56

But ya thanks
