wow. wait you have a 94 celica, but you got the ss-III foglights. those wont fit on your bumper. you got any pics of what the foglights look like? SS-III fog lights are for 96+ toyota celica's.

If you look into the front gap of the bumper, you should see the crash bar directly above and behind the front bumper. (Long silver rectangular bar) There should be some pre-drilled holes in there already, you just have to choose which position you want the fogs to be at. If you were lucky you'd have a mount and some screws to fit. Keep in mind how the fogs mount and the placement of the holes otherwise you'd have to start drilling new holes. Or invert the mount and mount it, fabricate new mounts, etc.....

Wiring wise, I'm pretty sure there's a stock wire harness if you're lucky that should be plug and play with the fog light staulk rather than your regular light staulk by the steering wheel. Otherwise you can buy custom fog light wiring and wire it yourself, which are mostly found with fog lights from Wal-Mart, Autozone, Pep Boys, etc.... and a switch to turn them on and off whenever you want to. If you go this route, keep in mind when you wire it that it's safer for future usage to tap into the ignition system. When the car is off it's a safe bet that your fog lights won't still be on and drain your battery like my fogs did to me countless time because I keep forgetting to turn them off.

For your safety sake, get a crash bar. (are you talking about not having it with the 96 bumper or not having it on the car itself?) Otherwise you just might have to drill holes into your front bumper.

how do you know u dont have one. brackets mount up. I think if you have a 94 crash bar the pass side will have the two holes for the bracket but one doesn't have the threads, you might have to drill one extra to secure. Or you can just tighten the 1 of the two really well. the driver side is perfect, make sure you have the oem bolts or oem thread pattern style bolts to mount up.

if you have a 94 bumper there are pr drilled holes on each side of the crash bar, take the bumper off and mount it shouldnt take you that long to mount them, now about the wiring, i am not sure lol go figure why i still havent wired mine lol, another question to the guys on here, on the 94 celicas the fogs are not pre wired right?? because as far as i know correct me if im wrong but the USDM celicas did not come with the fogs am i right???

I cannot confirm but yes there are two holes on each side. 94 and 96 fogs use the same bolt locations however, from my experience, the pass side one of the holes were not meant for a bolt, they are wide and have no threading for any bolt. Not sure if this is the same as others crash bar. However, mounting only one of the bolts is secure enough, I cannot even move or budge it.
