Anyone has an idea on how to remove this?

try interior cleaner, such as meguieriers. don't use soap and water it will ruin the black wrapping.

Idk if they have this product around you but its called "tuff stuff". It works great for anything rubber, vinyl, plastic, or fabric. I use it on all my interior plastics when they need a good cleaning then use an interior protectant.
