you know what I would do...I would just trim a bit off from the bottom, then widen all three holes to make it a wide mouth bumper like the drift style.

I see, not a bad idea smile.gif
I have widen the middle hole about 8-10 cm, removed the holdes on side( I have new led fog lights im gonna install) and where the foglights was before im gonna have old school celica dragon stickers ; ) I have tryed it out on photoshop and think that will look great. Im probably gonna put more photo out today or tomorrow.

I guess it`s called "polyurethane foam" and its really nice to use when you do what I am doing.
Its really easy to shape, its not to expensive, easy to lay glasfiber on it and easy to remove if you want^^, (if you dont remove it it really makes the front bumper stronger)

I'm liking the back and sides. Front bumper could use more vents. And where did you get the LED turn signals?

I like what he is doing with his unique bumper. I agree with you on the vents though. I would like to recommend either 2-3 diagnal vents where the top points towards the direction they sit away from the mouth of the front end, or 2 bigger holes? so to speak like that 404 lip for the regular celica maybe? But the vents could look pretty sick, since you have vents on your side skirts. Or maybe some fogs with vents around them? I dunno. But I can't wait to see it complete.

Hey again! : )
Sorry for late updates, but the building stand still atm. I need to make a frame of the frontbumper i have now, and then make new frontbumper in glasfiber.
The led turner i bought from a norwegian LED-internet store. (www.dioder.no)

This I have done sence last time! tongue.gif

I will post the new stuff soon as possible! : )

Thanks for all comments, the one with the shark was funny! laugh.gif

I wondered where this was going.. It didn't turn out too bad at all. That's a beautiful color.

Just curious, you didn't really post pictures of how you got from the "bearded" look to the more vented look you have now. How were you able to cut out the side vents while keeping them symmetrical?

Either way, the color is very nice and I like what you did with it. How much did it all set ya back? wink.gif

IE: How much did the kit and paint job cost you.

Btw, that makes sense now. I couldn't understand how you got from the first version to the final version. What front end did you end up buying?

Not my taste, personally, but I definitely appreciate the quality of the work, the whole thing looks top notch. Great color choice, I really love how it looks. Now it's time for clear turns on that front bumper tongue.gif

Aaah tongue.gif It cost me around 9000 dollars, the stylingkit was useless so we had many weeks of work just to get the kit to fit the car : / and the kit was very weak so we had to make it stronger aswell. The front is the one from same kit i have on the car, bought from cdw-tuning.de

heheh I understand it didn`t make sence tongue.gif I thought I had written that I bought new frontbumber somewhere in this thread ?? tongue.gif

why did you decided to change the front bumper? why didnt you finished your own frown.gif, originality its better than aftermarket, btw after the foam you just shave exess, fiberglass over it and than sand and paint?

arghhhhh that sux man!, how about you modify the new bumper instead to fit those lights inthem? eg cut the area of the old turn signals , and the new ones too but with a smaller hole than the one you make on the old bumper that way you could sord of fix it behind, fiberglass behind, and bodyfiller on the front, re paint the bumper and you dont have to spend any money since im assuming you have those materials, that you were going to use on the bumper you were making..., did I solved your problem?now get to work and fix that before having to pay a fine for those signals lol, that way at least you finish making what you started wink.gif and let us apreciate your master piece woot.gif

The front looks really good. I don't like the rear bumper styling though.

That foam isn't Great Stuff, is it? It doesn't look as porous as GreatStuff. Also, I would recommend working with that material if you don't have to..

The foam is something carpenter use here in Norway. So a shop that sell all kind of stuff to them should have it : )
Thanks m8 ^^
