Was looking behind my big (ish) headunit just now and was thinking, how do they expect to draw 220watts + all the power for running the headunit through that silly little wire?

why not run a bigger wire directly to the batt and use the little wire to flick a relay? shurely that would help?

Any thoughts??

Should use the same guage wire as on the head unit.

Maybe 1 size bigger to make you happy.

You still have the limiting size if the pins and the circutry in the head unit. tongue.gif
