I want to pull off my valve cover and header. My friend told me that I will have to get a new gasket set after I do because I will break them, will I really break them no matter what if I take it off to paint it?

(it will just chip off even with high heat paint) valve cover, yes, the gasket will not seal properly anymore, new gasket set is like 25$ from the dealer |
