so my 7afe is blown and it's time to move on to bigger and better things. I'll be putting up a part out thread in a few days once I get the majority of things taken off. My question is how much can potentially be made off a part out? or rather what have some totals been your those of you who have done a part out.

thanks

Depends on a lot of factors I would assume. Are they mostly aftermarket parts or mostly stock items?

From my personal experience you can make about $1000 from a dead car. That includes about $250 for all body parts, $500 for car and rest for other things like seats etc. My celi was auto. Hardest part is to get rid of the car once you part it out. I posted it on ebay back in 2006 ish and it was sold in less than a month I think. HOWEVER I did get lucky cause at the time all of us were cruising around Newark on a car meet and I lived in New Brunswick, NJ. Was just a half an hour ride to my place.
