i'm looking to find a wiring diagram for the cruise control as i'm trying to find a way to hook it up without using the stock steering wheel and clock spring. i have a competition steering wheel and don't want to change out steering wheels for longer trips. i figure if i can figure out how to tap into the right wires to make it work, then i can mount the CC switch to the plastic steering column surround.
reason i ask is because the colors of the wires that are at the harness on the steering column side of the clock spring are different than the harness on the switch side of the clock spring. with the wheel i have i can't run the clock spring, so i just need to tap into the wires related to the CC and should be good to go. thanks in advance. |
