the turns

are those the right ones to fit on a vis zyclone bumper?

I don't know if they are, those are the same as the ones that fit the facelift bumpers. If you're looking for facelift turns (the front turns, not the sides) I have a mint set of OEM ones I can sell ya.

i have the invader kit and those are the ones i used on my bumper.

None of the OEM turn signals for the 94-99 Celica will bolt directly onto the zyclone bumper. Regardless of which turn signals you get, you will need to custom modify the bumper to accept them. I've seen people use the 94-95 turn signals, and others have used the 96-99 turn signals. So it just depends on which ones you want to go with, as nether one is really "easier" to fit on than the other.
