IDK how to link a thread but try this--
Click on MY ASSISTANT

Click on SEARCH in the heading

Type in mesh

Then go to page 13. I was just paging thru & found it.
Maybe what you need??

I just made a template out of the cardboard that the mesh grill came in. I traced it on the front opening of the pre facelift bumped, and then traced it with a permanent marker. then cut it out with a pair of snips. Then you can pull off the plastic from underneith te motor, and slip it into the opening. Then I used zip ties to tie it to the posts of the opening. Im not sure if this is the same for the face lift, but it worked for me on the pre face lift, hope this helps man.

im thinking zip ties are the way to go. hmm what about colour. i have a white celica should i just leave the mesh silver/grey.
i havent exactly scoped out the front grill properly but is there even many things to zip tie the mesh to?

well of course this isn't an Alero, but the premise is the same, i would do like what is shown here and bend over the edges and use liqud nails instead of zip ties, more durable, less cheap ricey junk...Just my opinion

Here's a how to for Aleros I'm sure you guys can adapt it.

That could work too, I used the zip ties so i didn;t damage the paint on the bumper if i ever had to take it off, and you can't even see them anyways..
