Anyone ever notice that with stock paint, that the front and rear bumpers have a slightly different shade of paint on them than the rest of the car, or is it just me?

I noticed that on my nose but then again I bought the car second hand so it might of been in a crunchie and had a respray. But I heard that its pretty hard to get the exact same colour on different materials ie metal and plastic.
