They will all come gel coated, prepped, and sprayed gloss black ready for you to paint.
The ones in the pictures you see fitted to our track car are exactly how you see them. No trimming or modding is needed. They fit THAT good and have been proven so by many customers in the Celica club and GT4OC.
Carbon ones work out much more cost effective too because you dont need to paint them. Just bolt straight on so think of the money you save when buying carbon ones.

All PM's replied.
People, please read my first post properly.
Postage prices are posted up already so please avoid asking me "how much is it sent to...."

Also we make everything here in our own work shop and can have it dispatched with in a week if we don't have extra's in stock.

The parts are made from geunine parts and you'll dind it fallows the contour lines of the car bumper and wheel arches. Also it sits rite up against the inside of the wheel arches where it should be. Not over the mud guard which should be taken off.

so far no problem same as FRP. We do use a lot of flexi resin on the surface so in future if it does get battered with stone chips, you can always have it poished down and re coated by any good workshop.
Like any kit it will get stone chips so w've done what we can and invested in resin which isnt brittle.

100% Pire biggrin.gif
Fibreglass is only ever used in larger parts like doors, hoods and boot lids so that it holds it shape better and cheaper to make the other side in FG as it's not seen. When it comes to kits which are pretty flat single moulded parts, we just use a thin mesh film for transferring the carbon onto the vacume mould.

just found the wrappers for the odds n ends i needed for the diffuser.
and also a note for the st204s
the diffuser when installed does sit flush against your rear tow hooks making in nearly impossible to use them without damaging the diffuser.
i am currently trying to find a way to extend both without looking rediculous

for the nylon spacers the long ones size is
1/2 x .257 x 1
smaller nylon spacer
5/8 x 1/4 x 3x8
hex capped screw with the thread just on the end. used to connect to the bumper
M6-1.00 x 65

let me get back to you on the mounts on the rear subframe

Just curious, Are these going to be produced and available for a while? Or is it just something you are doing for now, and when you run out of parts that will be the end of it?

we're always making them. Carbon takes a bit more time than FRP. We take extra care and attension as it canonly be made perfect each and every time as you can't afford any mistakes.
You'll never see a bullble or frey in the weave nor will you ever see floppy carbon fibre or bendy surfaces which is very noticable in sun light.
Our carbon are made to serve motorsport purpose and is to last. Not just a wrap for show.

Considering that C one has just announced Bankrupt and we have the best fitting replica anyone ever made, it may be the best option to buy from us although shipping is high.
