I was wondering if anyone can tell me about fitment with universal shift knobs. I have a 7th gen short shifter right now and was wondering if any of these knobs would fit well into my shifter. Thank you. These are the knobs I have my eyes set on.

They're all pretty much garbage. Why not spend some money and get a knob threaded specifically for Toyota/Subaru?
The fitment of universal shift knobs - find a cone that fits the shifter, and tighten the set screws. The only problem is they come off all of the time. I can see you're looking for a carbon shift knob. Why not take a look around for WRX shift knobs and find something that will thread directly onto your shifter? You'll need to spend more than $20 though. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

Greddy Counter Weight Shift Knob
![]() QUOTE The Greddy Counter-Weight Shift Knob was designed with proper weight balance for improved shift feel as well as reduced miss-shifting. Ideal for both everyday street driving and competition track use. Comes complete with additional black and silver shift pattern badges. Made by Greddy/Trust Japan. This is the knob I have after going through carbon, leather, plastic, etc... knobs this one was the best never going back to those.
