Im about half way done getting the stuff i need to turbo my 7A. As for the additional stuff not on the spreadsheet, i do know ill need a patch harness and a 2 Bar MAP sensor of some kind. (Ive been told my F/IC can do this in lieu?).
So far, heres the list. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. Let me know if im missing anything.

Ive heard about this "clamping" thing. What does it mean? The factory MAP functions until it hits boost and the FIC takes over?

For me, the 4afe turbo manifold (bottom mount) didnt work. Has to be shortened which is alot of work. I bought a custom 7afe turbo manifold (bottom mount) which is alot shorter so it holds the turbo up alot more, and the radiator is in the way. I dont know if i should get a civic radiator, or mod the manifold i just got. If you find a way to work the 4afe manifold let us know.

or you can just get my 7A-FE manifold. if i were te sell the manifold by itself it would be about 600 with a life time warrenty.

"clamping" the sensor mean this...the FIC uses algorithyms to take the MAP sensor signal and alter it to what the factory ECU sees. so for example, off boost it works normal, but when you start going into boost when the MAP snesor is sending 4V the FIC alters that and sends 2V to the ECU. there is more going on in the background but thats about it.

I figured it would do an alteration after boost. Is it easier/more reliable to use my F/IC or just get an alltrac MAP?

well if you have an FIC already. id say go for it first. i posted my MAPs in another thread. you can use those to get you started but i HIGHLY suggest getting tuned still
