Will something happen to my pioneer deck scince my factory tweeters are wired with my sony 2-way's? I have the tweeter's positive with the 2-way's pos. and the tweet's - with the 2-way's -.

cool cause' they told me that without any type of cross over that the setup would mess up my deck

Yup, they not agree, cuz now if your 2 ways are 4 ohm and your tweeters are 4 ohm to, you are running 2 ohm impedence to your head unit, and it CANT handle it for too long, so if your head unit is just not playing anymore, well then it maybe be dead... Shoul use cross in any type, then conecting tweeters... -------------------- Ex celica owner - just a guy from other side of the pond...

Yea I'll take them off today, athough my deck can handle 2ohms, it can only do it for sub i think, help me out its a pioneer DEH-3500 deck.
