I am getting a good deal for 250 shipped, and im just wondering if its worth buying or should i save up for a powerfc

If you need a boost controller, buy it. An aftermarket ecu is at least 4X that price, so depending on your power goals you might not need to invest in a new ecu. I'm currently running that EBC and haven't had any issues. $250 is a good price since these retail for around $600.
