casual style meet, cookie cake and snacks, dinner somewhere. Grilling is fun, but you have to take stuff with and back home and so on. So, cookie cake, snacks, drinks. Shoot the **** and go for a walk, the head to somewhere to eat. There's a place Erin and I like just south of Joliet that's good, so probably dinner there. Sun's setting around 6 now so plan on hitting dinner after 6, meet up around noon on whatever day we pick. We dont' have to hike at the spot or at the dells, we can rally on over to the main area of the park and do the stairs and the board walks. There's a nice visitors center and gift shop too!

Same here, I'm free like every weekend besides this weekend. Just pick it and I'm in.

I haven't decided yet. Brigette and I may be moving soon so we don't know what our schedule is like.

weekend after the 5th?

12th works for us.

If no one from way south winds up interested or able to come, I thought I'd throw out the idea of going somewhere further north since I know a lot of you are out by Chicago. It's not a state park, but there's a place in Carpentersville/West Dundee called Raceway Woods(forest preserve) that's not bad and it's right by a lot of restaraunts and shopping so we'd have an easy choice for dinner afterwards. If no one likes the idea that's fine just thought I'd throw it out there.

Well, I'm out on the 5th. I've been called into work that day, so yea....

And the 12th is my bday, so I'll be in MI.

CHICAGO PEEPS: I'd be down to meet up in/around the city for dinner or something of the like, but I don't do well standing outside in the cold..... Just ask Daniel and Bridgette, I'll HULKSMASH a sonofayouknowwhat.

True story. Teepees are no good for keeping cold out, so Chris is a warm-weather person.

What happened to this meet? Did it ever happen or just fall apart?
