okay so before my car would rev at 1100 rpm when cold then down to 800 rpm at normal operating temperature. But after i replaced my springs (which i dont think has anything to do with it) it starts to rev at 800 rpm at normal operating temp. but drops to 700 rpm and climbs back up to 800rpm. it feels like the car is gonna die everytime it does that. anybody know whats wrong? i was thinking that a vacuum hose was unplugged but i checked and it's all plugged so now im thinking there is a leak somewhere. any suggestions?

correct the springs shouldn't affect it all. im thinking a hose is cracked or unbplugged

check the idle up control vac lines, most likely thats where the leak would be as it controls the idle up on cold starts.can take one hose off and pressurize the system with like 10psi and spray soapy water around to tell where its leaking from, usualy a ton of bubbles will start forming. just dont get electronics wet. good luck to ya
