i have the ecu and wiring harness from a 91 im trying to swap it into a 94 celica gt does anyone know if it is plug and play at the fusebox or what mods will need to be done

it's been done a ton. search around a bit.
here is one that tweak did with the motor already in the car. Not much on details but it's out there

Yes, of course. It was the common swap back in the day.
The harness is far from plug and play. You have to mail it out to DrTweak to get it converted for use in our cars. Besides that, its no different than a 3rd gen swap.
