its a 96 3sge 2L. im asking because the insurance paper work that was left in glove box when i brought the car says its a 1996 toyota celica gt supra.... im not so sure. please help, thank you

The way I would do it is get the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and go to a parts website like toyotapartszone. Type in the VIN, and it will tell you what the car was when it left the factory.

That Supra part is erroneous, at least for this generation. Look on the firewall, the chassis code will be stamped.
