As the subject says, I need your busted un-usable driverside projector (broken glass, etc). I need to replace the housing of the one I have with one that still has all the mounting tab's in tact. Turns out the halogen housings are different than the projector ones, so its not a matter of simply swapping them out like I originally thought...

Can anyone help?

Nope. Just bought a set of used projectors, and the tabs were broke during shipment. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

... can't get in a wreck if you don't drive your car - and mine has been parked for almost 5 years. kindasad.gif

Why not fiberglass new tabs? Took me all of an hour to replace the tabs l have on my crashed headlamps today.

I thought the same thing, because I have a ton of USDM housings after my last projector retrofit project; but after close comparison I've noticed the USDM is shorter than the JDM one... probably to compensate for the projector inside the housing.

If the tabs were broken during shipment, should be able to epoxy them back on.

Use some thin sheet metal cut out to the apx. shape and resin that into the repair. The repair needs to hold up better than the original tabs
