So ever since I installed my spree kit (For some reason all my problems stem from that damn kit haha

I bet your :00 button (the button that resets the time minutes) is somehow jammed. So when the clock gets power, it recognizes "button pressed" and resets your minutes. Probably happened if you put Spree's "color foil thingy" in your clock and somehow reassemble it with button jammed/pressed... Check that first
