Hello, I have a 7A-FE and I was wondering when is the best time to shift gears to achieve good 1 mile times.
I am reading specifications on the engine and it states that the maximum power is at 5800 RPM. In your opinion, is that the place where gear change should occur or I should let it rev a little higher, just barely in red line(like 6500 RPM), so when I shift, the engine will still be at high RPM, around it's maximum power. -------------------- |
