Okay... so I have a general ideal of what i want to do for porting and polishing my head. I have a couple of practice heads that i am going to start working on...
Does anyone have any idea what this little casting detail is above the spark plug hole for?  it seems pretty deliberately placed.... -------------------- -Mike

I've never seen anything like that in other heads on other cars, I'd say it's safe to get rid of.
