Not sure where and why its leaking its leaking below the oil filter anyone have any ideas why?

ok you need to be more specific than that? pictures would help. is there a mating surface where its leaking from?

^+1. Need to be more specific. From what you provided. Sounds like you need to tighten the filter or need s new one.

The oil filter screws into the oil cooler. The oil cooler has two orings I believe. You will need a 30mm axle socket (rent it at the parts store).

Yep, either the oil cooler seal is leaking (the rubber becomes hard as a rock and breaks or just won't seal anymore), the filter is loose, or they left the old filter gasket on and tightened the new filter with it's gasket on top and well two gaskets don't seal better than one. Infact, two gaskets leak.
