Not that I know of. There was a guy distributing them on US but he disappeared.

The one shown in that link would take about 30 minutes to replicate at any metal shop. It's a few bends and some holes. I've seen ones with louvers and that adds complexity, but not much. Without the louvers You could probably get it made (if you had the dimensions and angles for the aluminum to be bent at) for around $70 including the materials (if you can find an honest metal shop who doesn't try to rip everyone off due to lack of knowledge/equipment) I have a shop that I can go to to make one, but I haven't got the time. They also have a water jet at the shop and that would make this who thing pretty precise (besides the bends as there would be human error)

Many schools have metal shops, you can check your highschool or local community college to see if you can use their shop if you want to try making one yourself)
