hi guys,
well the speedo on my car is not working and hasnt been since i bought the car. the guy i bought it from said that it just needed a speed sensor that plugs into the transmission, and thats what my mechanic said also after he looked at it. Well totota wanted $250 for it so i bought one from a junkyard for less. I installed the new sensor and the speedo still doesnt work. Maybe the used sensor is bad also, but that is unlikely. What do you guys think??? |

sounds like a bad wire, thats pretty easy to debug.

Hm, weird. I guess the speedo itself could be bad, but i've never run into this.
