Im trying to see if anyone can chime in. Some swaps never get a/c because people delete on purpose. I get that.

However i have seen several internet threads, that people cant use a/c because there are no hoses that can be used. (im in this category)

And although i know that the quickest response will be get it tig welded, I Do not have a shop in my area, that is willing to do that, nor, do i feel like it will be time to buy a 1000 tig welder.

What i need to know, is anyone, has any Idea where toyota gets the fittings, connector or manifold (yes several names) for their cars. I have been searching for a peanut styled connector.

WTF? right, these

I just cant find them. brand new. Unless i go to the yards, i have to figure out how to reuse them.

another would be a splicer, but im only able to find 3 inch splicers, which defeats the purpose. Ive looked into swagging the tube, but its very hard to do it on aluminum.

Im trying to find a way that anyone can do this at home, and i found www.muggyweld.com

easy way to braze them. and these are brazed from factory anyways.

I just cant find the parts i need. Any ideas welcomed.

I started with what I know to do, I swap engine into my car, I knew it was too much work to make it a AWD. I kept it FWD. Went to take a crack at doing the wiring conversion. Than, I realize, shoot, this is out of my league.

not that easy. 2grfe engine uses a 7 rib belt, and compressor mounts completely different.

Couldn't you get custom lines made? Whatever you do, it'll make the project more expensive.

People think that way believe me. I dont have shops here to make custom stuff, and most of the time you are talking 250 plus per line, i cant take the car.

I have been doing research for a while, and this can be done for 100 - 200 total...

I just need to find the original denso terminals... but i have continued the research, and will have a suitable and proper way.

I like DIY stuff, other wise i would pay people to do my swap.

there are times when its impractical to DIY, then i Pay. But i think i have solution
