Basically i just want to know if it will work at all or if it will throw a check engine light or something and totally screw me over with a dead battery?

The 3 digits of my gauge cluster is 003 if that matters.

I honestly have no idea about any of this, just heard some things about mismatched gauge clusters before.

I have GT on my AT, the engine light is on, I removed the bulbs, it reads perfectly otherwise.

Hmmmm ok thanks my Speedo has a bad capacitor on it. Maybe I can swap the speed sensors on the boards to get past the engine light

I have a bunch of clusters, maybe you can show me yours and I'll show you mine, then you can decide if it's of any use for you. I'll let it go pretty cheap.

You should just be able to swap out that individual section of the gauge. There's 3 different sections in the whole thing so you only need to replace the middle one. Once you get the clear plastic and the trim off, just unscrew it from the circuit board side and it'll come out. Then flip that process to put it back in.

That is true. But the green board on the back can also differ. I don't know how that will affect the internal parts's connections.
