I know for a fact we can't pass thru high waters my question is what are the first things that can stall out the car once you hit the water . how high is to high for our cars

No deeper than the bottoms of the doors, skanky dirty flood water is something you DO NOT want festering inside your car. If the road looks flooded just go a different way. Your car is worth more than the extra time a detour will take.
