ebay for the most part, or in the uk sites. I had to extend mine, welding it.

I had to extend mine, welding it. i have been looking for it on eBay too, but no luck until now. it's getting really hard to find one these days.  how about installing hood pins instead? would that be a good idea? i heard usually it's for carbon fiber hood, and don't know if it holds up well with steel or aluminum hood.
