Well it should be shipping to me from ViS in a week or 2. So yes itll be brand new. I changed my mind about what i wanted to do to my car but i had already ordered the lip. It should be primered and ready to paint. I won't be selling it for sure, but i most likely will be. Ill keep u posted...
