i got hit in the driver door and fender area
it looked drivable to the naked eye but yesterday the tranny and differential burnt up because the c/v axle was pushed into the diff and it cracked the case. i didnt see the crack until it was too late |

it eded up being a no fault accident because of the way the cop drew up the report
so i am just screwed out of a car even though he clearly hit me |

I dont know how it is down there, but here we have no fault insurance, so basically your insurance pays regardless, have you already looked into it? I would fight it if they deny you your compensation |

if he has liability then he's not going to get anything, thats only for full coverage. |

the insurance will cover the value or at least what they think is the proper value but i don't know how much that is going to be
if and when i get a new vehicle it will probably be real cheap so i can pay it off and get liability because around here if you have a loan or lease on a car/truck you have to have full coverage the bad part is i only had the car 8 months |
