im thinking about doing the clear tail light conversion because i like the way it looks. anyways if i can find another set from a junk yard i think i will try it but i need to know if this is legal in wisconsin. Who would i have to talk to find out whether or not it is legal??

When i made mine, i got pulled over once and the cop told me to put a red reflector on it visible for 300 feet away.
i put one on each taillight and never had a problem. I then sold them and the girl i sold them too said she never had problems either. But thats in Ohio. -------------------- Jared Harwell

Agreed on the fact that they look cool. 2 words. 1. check the how-to article for pics and ideas 2. Why go to a Jankyard. There are plenty of people that sell on this site for about $50 just go to the buying selling section. Thats were i got them. Havent done the conversion yet though. |
