Negative. You want a GENERIC power inverter. Plugs into your cigarette lighter/battery (based upon the wattage you will be drawing), and provides you with 1-4 power sockets. That's the most efficient, cheap way to do it. However, if you're wanting the real professional look, you'll want to learn some wiring stuff and steal a light (think ashtray..) and use its 12V connectors to power the stuff. Don't ask me how to do that stuff, not my forté [sp?].

Yeah just go just about anywhere and buy a small power inverter. You can get them to just plug into your cigarrette lighter.

Lol negative... anyways... if you WANT to do it right, get some CAR lcd's and a PS2 dc adapter... do a search on the net...

Lol.. was playing CS earlier, negative sounded right biggrin.gif

What I'm saying though is, you don't want any PS2-specific stuff because either they're going to completely rape you on the price (just to have that tagline "PS2-ready"), or it's only going to work on the PS2 and nothing else down the road.

Ehh i just went to target and bought a $40 power inverter, it works great. I have put lots of stuff in my car from a computer, to a ps2, xbox, all worked just fine. but if you want it to look nice just hide everything its not hard. I have done it.

EDIT: You could just wire it in the back of you cigarette lighter like i did. thats if you dont want to take up your cigarette lighter, like me i use it for my cell phone charger.

thats what i did with my radar detector, and ran the wire down the back of the dash so i dont have the stupid wire in my car all the time...
