Out of curiousity, I'll just throw up an example..

A date and you are heading out to the park/observatory/etc. for some "stargazing". There's nowhere to sit where you're going, so you decide to sit on the front of the car, legs/ass on the hood, back and head up against the windshield/roof. You go about your business.

What's the risk that the hood will be dented/crushed by lets say 400lbs. (overestimate on purpose)? What about the windshield, could it handle that much weight as well? Just looking to find out before I make a fatal mistake wink.gif

[Oh, and BTW, I saw a YELLOW 6gc today. I about sh1t myself when I saw it too, a good 15-20 cars ahead of me in heavy traffic. I tried my damndest to get up next to him, but couldn't make it before he exited. I saw him exiting AS I drove past the exit.. DAMMIT! Would've followed, but oh well. Isn't the Yellow like a really extremely rare color for our cars?]

I'd be scared to lay on my any part of my car...sometimes when I'm washing it I can feel the panels flex and stuff just from the pressure of my hand. So the only thing I do sometimes is rest against the car with my feet on the ground, so I'm only putting minor pressure on the car.

I you have a hatch you can fold down the back seats and have a goo amount of space to lay down. Plus you have a nice large glass window to look out of. lol If its not fogged up.

I suppose the hatch would be the best idea.. would just have to watch out for my amp/sub rolleyes.gif

I've felt panels flex before too, so I guess that it's not quite the best idea. Thanks for the input everyone!

dude you uys are doing it all wrong.
-remove rear seats
-add carpet with padding from the rear seat all the way to the trunk area.
-open up the back (lift back) and bam all done now she has enough room to move around and even get on top of you "if the occasion where to Arise wink.gif "

Of all the mods we've made to our cars, no one has made a Celica into a shaggin' wagon! What's up with that?! hahaha
